Living in Kentucky, my heart belongs to Appalachia, it's native medicinal plants, and the people. Graduated as a master herbalist and holistic health practitioner, I'm given opportunities for practicing and educating about alternative medicine. Member of American Herbalist guild, I'm also hoping to join Herbalists Abroad.
Blogger and writer, I'm bringing my experiences of herbal medicina and living in a camper to you. I'm co-authoring the Survival Ember series with bushcrafter and survivalist Kenny Dietrich of UglyTent, a series for those interested in wild medicine and survivalism.
After a wonderful research trip to Costa Rica with my husband and some students of Shawnee State University, I found a love for traveling. Next stop? Backpacking Yosemite.
I never know what's around the corner, but I hope you'll join me on my journey.
